Tasting Notes

Amber colour with a slightly sweet scent. Hints of vanilla, banana, cucumber, refined oak, and a hint of lemongrass and mint. Smooth when swallowing with a great finish. Gently touches the inside of the mouth.

How To Drink

One of only a few rice whiskies available in Canada, this additive-free rice based spirit has a unique appeal to gluten sensitive whisky drinkers. Best is sipped neat at room temperature. Pairs best as a shot with Cuban cigars, nuts, or cheese.
