At 17% ABV Hwayo 17 is praised by wine drinkers for it’s subtle, fresh, and unique taste and aroma. Hwyao 17 is best if enjoyed chilled (3-8°C) and is normally enjoyed as a shot or over ice. Pairs best with mild foods with light spice (e.g. white fish sashimi, salad).
