Solsongju (the liquor used to make Damsoul) is carefully produced by Mrs. Park Heung-seon who is the No.27 Korean Food Grand Master, and Intangible Cultural Asset No.35 of Gyeongsangnam-do Province.

How to Enjoy

Damsoul is best taken in cold temperature. It will elevate the delicate pine scent giving you much fresh and pleasant woody taste.

Damsoul pairs well with Korean cuisine, but especially well with Hwe (회;pronounced [hwɛ], sliced raw seafood like sashimi).
